1. What is one thing you appreciate about SWAU?
2. What is one thing you would change about SWAU?

Daniel Wauran
Senior Business
1. "SWAU has taught me how real Jesus is and how He uses the community everyday. I appreciate SWAU for a Christ-like community."
2. I’d like SWAU to encourage more incentives for studying and rewarding those who already do so like having more coffee pop ups at the library and occasional study session meals.

Evan Armstrong
Junior Theology
1. "The small close-knit
community and spiritual environment."
2. "How we can reach those who don’t have that good of a relationship with God."

Sofia Lauterbach Freshman Pre-Nursing
1. "I appreciate the effort everyone puts into connecting, through vespers or daily prayers."
2. "I feel our school is amazing and the vibes are good, but what keeps a lot of people from coming here is the almost rundown feel of the buildings. They are all clean and work and have amazing tech, but they feel old and outdated."

Enoc Cabrera
Sophomore Nursing
1. "I appreciate the community because there is a place for everyone sports, clubs, and socials."
2. "Better WiFi."

Jean-Luc
Sophomore Theology
1. "You can walk around and make friends rather easily. The campus is very welcoming."
2. "The food variety at the cafe."

Christian Leiss
Senior Health and Fitness, SA President
1. "I appreciate the hospitality SWAU offers, it’s not just southern hospitality it’s genuine. Being a village kid I didn’t know many people my freshman year, but walking across campus seeing the head nods, the waves, the atmosphere our school has isn't just academics, it’s a community!"
2. "If I could change one thing, I wish I had more time to spend in the classrooms, with old school mates, the trips, the jokes, the friendships, the office hours.

Jordyn Watts
Freshman Psychology
1. "I really appreciate the faculty. I feel like they deserve more recognition. Especially the professors. With my sister as a tutor and a TA, I’ve realized how much being an educator takes."
2. "I think we need to be more outgoing as a collective. I wanna see more clubs, and I want to see more people going to clubs and events. Speaking of, I’m planning on starting a crochet group at some point, so keep an eye out for that."

Denzel Ramos
Junior Nursing
1. "What I appreciate about SWAU is the close-knit community allowing people to have friends everywhere."
2. "What I would change about SWAU is the academic advising because often we don’t receive the right advice, guidance, or motivation to continue in our majors."
